Even if you ask the same question five times, they remain patient and very friendly. The delivery arrived beautifully packaged. Thanks to the friendly conversation, I felt confident with my first purchase, and I wasn't disappointed. The charms immediately catch my eye because they're little works of art. I wear them on my original bag, and it's impossible to tell that the charm is a duplicate. Some people, mostly strangers, approach me and want to know which LV store I bought them from, as some are already sold out. I'll be back ☺️
